Mike Paice is the president of PureOFlow, Inc., a Las Vegas-based water purification systems technology and manufacturing company specializing in commercial and residential water purification equipment. As president of PureOFlow, Paice is involved with the day-to-day operations of the company, as well as handling strategic partnerships and working with product distributors across the nation.
Paice has been a water purification industry expert for decades. Prior to PureOFlow, Paice served as the director of business development for Purafilter 2000®, where he was responsible for overseeing commercial air and water product distribution. During his time with Purafilter, Paice successfully established Purafilter’s air and water products in numerous Las Vegas boutique restaurants and businesses.
Paice has also served as President of Innovative Medical in El Cajon, Calif., division president at Chesapeake Utilities in Dover, Del. and General Manager and Owner of Raynewater, a water softening sales and service company based in Las Vegas, NV.
He is currently involved with the Allen Brett Hutchinson Foundation, advocating for victims of avalanches and other fatal skiing hazards, and was affiliated with the Las Vegas Founders, a non-profit supporting and promoting quality of life in the Las Vegas community through charitable giving.
As a company visionary Paice aspires to a future where the world’s fresh water crisis is addressed and managed through technologies. Championing technologies like PureOFlow for the last 30 years, he has been on a personal mission to help mitigate the triple threat of water pollution, salinization and water scarcity throughout the world.
Tom Cartwright, CEO and Co-Founder

Tom Cartwright is the Chief Executive Officer of PureOFlow, Inc., a Las Vegas-based water purification systems technology and manufacturing company specializing in commercial and residential water purification equipment. As CEO, Cartwright oversees day-to-day operations, cultivates strategic partnerships and focuses on the development of new technologies.
With more than two decades of experience and the inventor of numerous water patents, Cartwright is a veteran in the water treatment industry. During his career, he served as the drinking water product manager for EcoWater Systems. There, he led global dealer training on water chemistry and other equipment. He redesigned drinking water products and led the start up a of its new business operations in Mississippi.
With GE Water, Tom lead the top producing sales team for three years running, helping to grow the business 500 percent in six years.
He also served as the global point of use (POU) manager for Osmonics, then General Electric Water and Process Technologies, where he handled the global P & L for its drinking water reverse osmosis and filtration products.
In addition to his sales and training background, Tom also invented numerous products for GE, including the system used by PureOFlow. Exclusive licensing of this patented PureOFlow technology delivers the world’s first economical on demand, line pressure reverse osmosis system. Cartwright also invented a new residential membrane element, at the time producing the highest flow rate of any residential RO membrane element.
Throughout his career, Tom Cartwright has also played a role in numerous hands-on ventures. He was directly involved with the start-up of a new manufacturing facility in Ripley, Miss., Ecowater, where he eventually ran the purchasing and inventory departments. He also was instrumental in merging Las Vegas-based Diamond Water, an existing LLC specializing in the sales of water treatment systems, and Good Water Company, Inc.
A native of Minneapolis, Tom is a member of the Water Quality Association and previous member of the Drinking Water Advisory Council.
